She is a mother. She is a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy practitioner, Intuitive Reader, a dedicated practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork and meditation and has a degree in Social Anthropology. She has been working with individuals in their own pursuit of truth and happiness since 2016.
She continues to cultivate a steadiness and grace to the space she holds. It is her greatest joy to inspire others.
Helena is an active student, working regularly with her own teachers within the lineages she works within. She is committed to bringing high frequency teachings and practices to this planet.
